Order to cash
From a customer order through a credit check, picking and shipping to invoicing and payment, with a reminder when payment is late.
An order arrives and sales validates it. Finance checks the customer's credit. If it's approved, the warehouse reserves stock, picks, packs and ships the order, and finance sends the invoice and waits for payment. If payment takes more than 30 days, finance sends a reminder. If credit isn't approved, sales tells the customer the order is on hold.
This is the Order to cash template. To open it in the app, select Templates in the rail, then Order to cash.
